The African American Online Lectionary is a collaborative project of American Baptist College of Nashville and The African American Pulpit  Inc. of  Atlanta. The collaborative partners may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued usage of The African American Online Lectionary website (the "Site") is your acceptance of and agreement to any changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

COPYRIGHT AND USE OF CONTENT

The collaborative partners authorize you to view or download a single copy of the material on the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use on the condition that you must include the following copyright notice: "Copyright © 2011 or 2012, The African American Pulpit Inc., All rights reserved." Any special rules for the use of other items accessible on this Site may be included elsewhere within the Site and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The Lectionary itself belongs to The African American Pulpit Inc. and is protected under copyright law as indicated in the Copyright section. All materials on the site that are owned by others remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Any of the trademarks, service marks, collective marks, design rights, personality rights, or similar rights that are mentioned, used, or cited on the Site or the Lectionary are the property of their respective owners.
